Conditions of Participation for the Giveaway of VIVATIS Pharma Benelux B.V. at the Future of Food Supplements Congress

1. 1. Organizer:
The organizer of the giveaway (the “Promotion”) is VIVATIS Pharma Benelux B.V., located at Rendementsweg 20-B3, 3641 SL, Mijdrecht, Netherlands. The Promotion is part of the Future of Food Supplements Congress held on 24th – 26th September 2025.
   2. Eligibility:
Participation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, are employees or invited visitors of a company exhibiting at the Future of Food Supplements Congress and provide their full name and valid email address during the registration process.
   3. Prize:
The winner of the Promotion will receive a gift card worth €250 for an overnight stay for two persons at Hotel Nes Amsterdam, including breakfast. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of Hotel Nes Amsterdam and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other prize.
   4. How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must:
      • • Visit the booth of VIVATIS Pharma Benelux B.V. at the Future of Food Supplements Congress.
        • Complete the registration form with their full name and valid email address.
        • Follow VIVATIS Pharma Benelux B.V. on LinkedIn.
        • Submit the registration form during the event.
   5. Entry Period:
The Promotion is open from 24th September to 3rd October 2025.
   6. Winner Selection:
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days after the conclusion of the event.
   7. Claiming the Prize:
The winner must claim the prize within 7 days from the notification date by responding to the email with their contact details to get the gift card sent by post. If the prize is unclaimed after this period, it will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.
   8. Personal Data:
By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (name and email address) for the purposes of administering the giveaway and notifying the winner. The organizer will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and their privacy policy.
   9. General Conditions:
      • • The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
        • The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
        • The organizer’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
        • The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made except at the discretion of the organizer.
   10. Limitation of Liability:
The organizer shall not be liable for any technical issues, errors, or failures in the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to problems with email submission or failures in the entry process.
   11. Applicable Law:
The Promotion is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Germany, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
